Exchanges or refund on bank account or refund on a gift card are available for all products purchased from www.decathlon.com.gr or any other physical Decathlon store in Greece (excluding food, drinks and safety products such as helmets, carabiners, climbing ropes, harnesses and flotation devices). Exchanges are possible for products belonging to the Decathlon umbrella purchased abroad. No refunds are possible for products purchased in Decathlon stores abroad, but you have the option to return the products and receive a gift card of equivalent value or to exchange for another product. Please visit one of the Decathlon stores.

Return with courier
You have 90 days from the date of receipt to return the products you wish to return them
to us by courier (excluding food, drinks and safety products such as helmets, carabiners,
climbing ropes, harnesses and flotation devices) . In the case of online returns, only refunds are made, not exchanges. If you wish to change the size or color, you will need to re-order once you receive your refund.
There are two ways to return. The first concerns returns with BOX NOW which are FREE in any case (whether due to change of mind, wrong size or defective item). You can return your product for free through BOX NOW. In case you received your order via BOX NOW or by some other method and as long as your package meets the size and weight requirements for BOX NOW boxes, you can return your order for free with BOX NOW. Returns with BOX NOW
The second method involves returning with any other shipping company. In this case, shipping costs are not covered by the company: Exception only when
related to a problem with your order or shipment or with a defective product. In the event that you choose to send us a return with any other courier company other than BOX NOW and the return concerns a change of mind or size, the shipping costs are fully covered by you (sender costs).

- Deliver the package to a courier company of your choice or to ELTA. For ELTA you must select the "Domestic Delivery" service. In any case, you must select sender charge. Otherwise, Decathlon has the right to refuse receipt.
- Only for defective products the return cost is borne by the company (in this case the return must be made exclusively with ACS).

All products from the Decathlon offer are eligible for returns, except for fast consuming goods such as
food, beverages.
In case of defect or damage not resulting from inappropriate use all of our product are covered by a 2
years warranty (except for fast consumable goods ex. 'food', 'beverages').
In addition to the initial warranty
of 2 years some products may benefit from an additional extended
warranty.The duration of the extended warranty is mentioned on our website, on the information section of
our product pages or on the benefits of the products.
Defective Products & Damaged products on arrival
In case your products present a defect or it are delivered damaged, please contacts us

photos of the defect. Our team will refund or replace your product as soon as possible. You can return us
the product directly at one of our stores, free of charge via BOX NOW, or send it with ACS with consignee's expenses to the address:

Please note that in the case you chose another courier company for the return of defective or damaged
items, the fees will be at your charge and we are in the right to refuse a package that is sent at our
expenses.
Refund Process
Once the products are returned to one of our stores, or by courier, we will refund you the amount of the
returned items at the indexed value at the time of the purchase. shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds on your bank account, may take between 5 -10 working days depending ot the bank from the time the
action was done by us.
Decathlon reserves the right not to accept an invoice refund where the products have been purchased for
professional use. Also, the return of invoiced products may be made with a credit balance to the customer.
Our team reserve the right to refuse the return on the following cases:
- The product has suffer damage volontarily or has suffered damage resulting from an inappropriate use of the product
- The product is returned dirty, with missing packaging or with missing barcodes which renders it inappropriate for reselling due to it's condition
