Recommendations for use
Have 1 gel after an hour of exercise, every 45-60 minutes during exercise, or when you're struggling or feeling fatigued. Have a few mouthfuls of water or isotonic drink after taking your gel.

Use restriction:
Take no more than 4 gels per day.
