Designed for
The SkiErg was designed to reproduce the movement of Nordic walking and cross-country skiing. It lets you get stronger and improve muscle tone in the upper body and torso, while also working the legs and giving you a high-quality aerobic workout. The movement is rhythmic and smooth for high-quality training in just 20 minutes!
The new SkiErg can be used in a traditional way or by alternating with the arms.

Flywheel and resistance damper
The Concept2 SkiErg is based on air resistance: the harder you pull, the more resistance you'll get. The resistance damper lets you adjust the airflow that enters the flywheel at any time so you can change your pace to suit your preference.
