How to wax your skis?

Use a waxing iron and a wax block. Melt the block of wax into droplets by touching it against the sole of the iron. Using the iron, spread the wax evenly over the entire surface of the base. This is the most difficult operation: you must move the iron slowly (from nose to tail), without ever leaving the iron in the same place for too long, or worse, stopping on your skis, as this will damage your base.
