Robust: this wedge is designed to withstand over 45,000 hits. This allows it to last for at least 4 years of club use, for all your player levels.

How to help your rugby wedge last longer

Rugby wedges are subject to a lot of wear and tear during training. So here are a few care tips that will help you ensure your wedge lasts longer.

After training, rinse off the plastic cover to remove grass and mud.

To preserve the seams, it's better to carry the wedge rather than drag it along the ground.

We recommend that you store it in a dry place to keep it from absorbing humidity.

We are proud to introduce the Offload rugby wedge.

This rugby wedge has two handles on the back side and a reinforced section on the top of the front side. For your added convenience, we chose a rip-tab fastener instead of a zip.



A single block of shaped foam was used inside to better replicate game play conditions.

The rucking pad's dimensions are 61 x 33 x 13 cm, and it weighs 4 kg.

Offload's DNA is to provide you with products that are both reliable and robust. For this rugby wedge, we wanted a foam that met our expectations.

As our product manager put it: "We needed a product that would really hold up to the job; so we decided to make it ourselves."

Next came a 3-person design team, lab tests, and discussions with the Marcq en Baroeul (Federale 2) rugby club, to design a product that was both sturdy and affordable.
