What type of door is it designed for?
Our pull-up bar fits most standard doorways. There are a few things to check before installing it:
- The door frame edge needs to be at least 1 cm deep for stability.
- The door should be between 5.5 and 15.5 cm thick.
- The ideal width? Between 60 and 90 cm.
- There must be space around it: the bar is 104 cm long.
- It is not suitable for corner doors.
Measure your door carefully before purchase for the most efficient, effective installation.

- Adjust the depth using the clamps. Objective:the bar is horizontal and the pads are flat.
- Make sure the bar is secure on the frame.
- Before each workout, check its positioning.
