SEAMLESS: comfort with fewer seams!
This 3D knit t-shirt has fewer seams and has different technical features for different areas of the body. It has zones of varying density, breathability and stretch on the same piece of fabric, largely eliminating seams and chafing.
What is the technical structure of the MT900 seamless Merino wool t-shirt?
The Seamless technology allows clothes to be made using "body mapping", without the need for more materials. We have put breathable zones in areas where you sweat more: under the arms and on the back. We have also improved its resistance by increasing the density in the zones in contact with your backpack: shoulders and the lower back.
How does the seamless MT900 t-shirt reduce unpleasant odours from perspiration?
The component used helps to limit perspiration odours. Laboratory tested to standard ISO 17299-3.
Main fabric: 63% Merino wool, 31% polyamide, 6% elastane.
Why is the seamless MT900 t-shirt more durable than one that is made of 100% wool?
We used a BETA-SPUN yarn structure in which the polyamide filaments form a fine sheath around the merino wool fibres. This protects the wool fibres from friction and cuts without altering their properties.
How do I wash my MT900 Merino wool t-shirt?
We recommend that you machine-wash your Merino wool t-shirt at 30°C on a normal cycle, preferably with a special wool liquid detergent. Dry flat and NEVER tumble dry unless you want it to shrink by one or two sizes!
What is the origin of the Merino wool that is used in the MT900 seamless trekking t-shirt?
We use wool from merino sheep bred on farms in South Africa that do not practise mulesing.
We decided to build a partnership with a group of breeders (Konsortium Merino) to ensure that the sheep whose wool we use for our products live and are shorn in the best conditions.
This means we have full traceability, which allows us to guarantee the origin of the wool.
