How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN?

We recommend mixing just 150ml of water with 2 heaping scoops of WHEY PROTEIN (equivalent to 30g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve.

Reduce or increase the amount of water according to your preference.

Mix for 30 seconds and consume.



For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150 ml of plant-based drink or milk.

Consume the shake within an hour of mixing it.

Proteins are sequences of amino acids.There are 20 different ones, 9 of which are considered "essential" (they are not synthesized by the body and must therefore be obtained through your diet).3 of these are amino acids.They are called Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA): Leucine, isoleucine, and valine.

If you're used to powdered proteins with artificial sweeteners, the taste of our new whey protein may, at first, seem more subtle to you.



To enhance the flavour, you can adjust the amount of liquid you mix with the powder.Varying it by 50ml, for instance, will significantly affect the taste and texture.
