What is patellar tendonitis?
This is the most commonly encountered type of tendonitis at the knees.There is pain at the tip of the kneecap or its lower attachment at the level of the anterior tibial tuberosity.This kind of tendonitis tends to occur in sports that require running, pivoting, pushing, and jumping.
