For muscle strengthening, we advise you to start with a low-resistance training band. When you can do lots of sets with this elastic, you're ready to move up to the next resistance.To help you with pull-ups, for example, opt for a high-resistance band.The stronger it is, the easier your pulling movement will be.
How to use a training band safely
Always make sure you check the anchoring point of the elastic band to prevent any risk of it coming loose during your workout (especially if you're using it as a support for your pull-ups).
If you notice any nicks or white marks on the band, avoid using it, as this could indicate a risk of breakage during exercise.
How to look after your training bands
Our bands are not designed to be used in a pool. This is because we haven't tested their resistance to chlorine.To preserve all their qualities, we also recommend that you avoid storing them in places exposed to wide variations in temperature or in direct sunlight.
Finally, to keep them in good shape for a long time, do not use them with abrasive or sharp objects.
