Setting up the Smart Landmine
Without a rack:
- Stack several weight plates or bumpers
- Insert the Landmine mount into the plates
- Slide your bar into the landmine and secure it with the tightening screws.
With a rack:
- Insert the rack end of the landmine into the holes on your rack
- Position it so you can insert the safety pin
- Insert and secure your bar.
The Smart Landmine fits 50 mm and 28 mm bars, thanks to its adaptor.

Developing muscle mass:
Back:
- Rowing T-bar: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
- Meadow row: 3 sets of 8-12 reps each side
Shoulders:
- Landmine press: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps each side
Legs:
- Landmine squat: 8 to 12 reps
Pick a weight and go for max reps with a weight (leaving 2 in the tank). Then increase the weight and go again.
