Our protein bars are not snacks. For a light snack, instead choose an oilseed bar, cereal bar, our small protein cubes, a piece of fruit, some white cheese, some seeds or dried fruits, etc.

Our protein bars are designed for weight training users as well as all other athletes! They are also perfectly suited and recommended after an intense endurance workout: running, cycling, triathlon, etc.

To take care of your performance and your health, we've reduced the list of ingredients as much as possible. Our protein bars contain no sweeteners, and all the ingredients on the list are essential to the recipe. Nothing extra.
