Living room
Square living room measuring 3.35 m along the side, equalling 11.2 sqm | Inner living room height 2.3 m | Inner door height 1.9 m
Pitching and dismantling
Simple to set up: 4 fibreglass poles and 4 steel poles in 4 linked sections.
We recommend that 2 people pitch the tent.
Sun protection
The Ti0² -coated fabric is SPF 50+.
Caution: A large amount of UV rays can pass through an open door. Protect your skin with sunscreen.
Ventilation
Mosquito net mesh doors and walls.
Can be configured as two half-doors or two open doors.
Wind resistance
We test all our living rooms in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side of the living room to the wind. A properly pitched living room with all guy ropes fitted should remain habitable in wind speeds up to 40 km/h near the ground.
Waterproofing
The mosquito net mesh doors and walls are not waterproof.
However, the living room is fitted with a 2,000 mm polyurethane-coated polyester roof. It also has seams that have been waterproofed with heat-sealed strips.
Repair
All our tents and living rooms are designed to be repairable. Spare parts and repairs for inflatable hoops are available at the workshop of your Decathlon store or on our website.
Poles and tent pegs
Tent poles:
- The poles are made from fibreglass and undergo double quality checks. This guarantees some of the best resistance against breakage.
Tent pegs:
- All our pegs are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm.
- 4 hard ground pegs included.
- 8 steel pegs included.
Maintenance advice
Our camping living rooms have been designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks per year) when camping or in the great outdoors. Continued exposure to UV rays over several weeks can damage the fabric. These products are not classified as “garden furniture” and aren’t designed to be left outdoors permanently. To guarantee maximum durability for your camping living room, it's important to store it when not in use.
