How to dose WHEY PROTEIN
We recommend using the equivalent of 3 heaped tablespoons to achieve the recommended 35 g serving size.
If you're already a consumer of whey, whey isolate, native whey, lean whey, or vegan protein, you can use the measuring spoon provided in these products.The equivalent is then three level spoonfuls of whey.
Since our spoons are all different, we recommend using kitchen scales for greater accuracy!
How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN?
We recommend mixing 150 ml of water with 35 g of WHEY PROTEIN (or 3 heaped tablespoons) in a shaker equipped with a sieve.
Reduce or increase the amount of water according to your preference.
Mix for 30 seconds and consume.
For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150 ml of plant-based drink or milk.
Consume the shake within an hour of mixing it.
Dissolving whey protein
This product does not contain lecithin. Lecithin is traditionally found in most powdered proteins to help them dissolve in water or milk and prevent lumps.
Consequently, there may be some clumps of powder in the sieve or the neck of your shaker after you mix it.
When to consume WHEY PROTEIN
Consume a shake within 30 minutes after your sports session.
We recommend washing your shaker immediately after use.
You can also supplement your diet by consuming a WHEY PROTEIN shake at breakfast or before training.
Recommendations of use
