The high degree of support provided by this sports bra is suitable for all sports with high impacts on the chest: running, horse riding, trampolining, etc.
The new design features in this sports bra enhance its support. With two layers, this bra offers dual back support. The second layer of the bra has an elasticated reinforcement strip located below the chest. Perfect for fuller breasts.
Why is movement easier with this high-support dual racerback zipped sports bra?
Firstly, we chose a stretchy, elastane-based material.The sports bra is more elastic and will accompany your every move, preventing discomfort. We also designed a racerback to free up the shoulder blades and thus your arm movements.
Is the high-support dual racerback zipped sports bra easy to put on?
We designed this sports bra with a front zip to make it easier to put on and take off. So, you can put it on as easily as a jacket. Fasteners below the zip should also make it easy to adjust the bra to the right size of back circumference. Lastly, to ensure shoulder comfort, the straps are also adjusted from the front. The front adjustment points make this sports bra easier to use for athletes with arm mobility issues.
What is the importance of protecting the bust during sport?
During sports, your bust, fragile and mainly supported by the skin, is exposed to more intense stresses than usual. No matter how your cup size or age, your breasts will move and bounce. They may have to support up to 5 times their weight depending on the intensity of the activity. The sports bra offers the necessary support, comfort and protection. It protects the chest from impact, pain and premature sagging.
How do I choose between high, medium or low support?
During exercise, the breasts experience forces that stretch the skin and ligaments of the chest. Without support, the risks of pain or premature sagging are greater. Conversely, excessive support can also cause long-term damage. Adjusting the level of support of your sports bra according to your cup size and the intensity of the impact experienced is therefore essential. The goal is to protect the chest without compromising breast movement.
What are the Decathlon sports bras support levels?
The models are tested in our laboratories using a bust support test that measures the reduction of the acceleration of breast movement during sports activities. They are evaluated, then ranked: 1 for light support, 3 for moderate support and 5 for high support.
What level of support should your sports bra provide depending on the sport?
The bra support should be adjusted to the of the sports activity. Our range has 3 distinct levels:
- Level 1:light support for activities involving gentle chest movements (Pilates, stretching, muscle strengthening, etc.);
- Level 3: Medium support for activities that cause moderate bouncing (dance, fitness, cardio-training, etc.);
- Level 5: high support for activities involving vigorous movements (steps, treadmill, trampolining, etc.).
How do I figure out the right size of sports bra?
Ensuring bust support and comfort requires choosing a bra size that is suited to your body shape. To choose the right size, just follow these simple steps:
- Stand in front of a mirror with a tape measure;
- Place it horizontally at the top of your back, on the lower part of your shoulder blades;
- Bring the tape over the fullest part of your chest;
- Record the measurement without pulling the tape measure tight;

What is the bra design method at Decathlon?

How do I care for my high-support dual racerback zipped sports bra?
Designed for intensive sports use, this sports bra can be washed over and over again. Put the bra and pads in our washing bag, sold separately (item ref. 8505236), and wash at 30°C maximum. Do not tumble dry.

Test product
SUPPORT: the support was tested and approved by testers in the DECATHLON laboratory by measuring the movements of the breasts. Each size was tested separately. PERSPIRATION WICKING: the perspiration wicking test was conducted on each material, in the laboratory, to check that the fabric absorbs and transfers moisture from the inside of the fabric outwards and eliminates it. WASHING: The washing and drying tests guarantee good stability (dimensional stability and colour fastness)
