How to maintain your product to ensure it lasts
To stop anything going wrong, it's important to service and maintain your equipment.
Regularly check that the parts you've assembled are well tightened and that all parts of your equipment are correctly attached.
In winter, we recommend that you remove the net, the jumping bed and the protective foam, and store them indoors in a warm, dry place.
Clean and fold down the posts, and put a cover over everything to keep out the worst of the weather.
How can you stop the posts getting bent?
Remember that there should be no more than one person on the trampoline at a time. Please also remember to check the weight and use restrictions.
It is also important that your trampoline is correctly tied to the ground using our anchoring or weighting kit, which will stop it from tipping over.
However, even these precautions cannot be sure to hold the trampoline down in bad weather.
In this case, it is essential to dismantle the posts to reduce the likelihood of it getting caught by the wind.
