The foam reinforcement around the base of the fingers ensures optimal cushioning on each strike, and the large opening at the palm guarantees optimal hand flexibility when striking

Our Liner Glove 500 Ergo is perfect for increasing cushioning and comfort, but it is important to note that the Liner Glove 500 is bulkier than a standard boxing strap or mitt.
So we recommend wearing a glove that is one size larger than usual.
