Directions for use
Open the bag and bring the two ends together till they touch, so that the bottom of the bag opens up like a bowl.
Add 200 ml of simmering water (level 2) then mix with a spoon, close the zip. Stir the bag regularly during rehydration. Wait for 9 minutes before opening, stir and eat.You can tear the bag halfway up to use as a bowl for half the meal.
Advice for use (continued)
Warning, the hotter the water, the better the rehydration. If the water is not boiling, wait a few minutes before tasting. Make sure you rehydrate the entire mixture by stirring well.
We define the volume of water according to certain criteria. You can therefore adjust the volume of water and the texture and flavours to your taste. You're a chef!
Dehydration or freeze-drying?
In this soup, 100% of ingredients are frieze-dried!
It is a sublimation process (turning water from the solid state directly into a gaseous state). This way all the nutritional benefits of the ingredients chosen as part of the ingredients, are preserved (unlike other dehydration processes). This also, very importantly, keeps the taste of the foods in tact and limits the use of preservatives.
How are the products prepared?
They are made at our supplier's premises in Poland. Each ingredient (vegetable) is freeze-dried there separately.
All the ingredients are then assembled with the spices and herbs depending on the recipe being prepared. They are then placed in individual kraft paper sachets.

Conservation
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Food is not fresh indefinitely. Over time, they deteriorate or go moldy. To slow down this process and keep our meals warm for as long as possible, a food-safe gas (nitrogen E941) is added into the packaging before it is sealed. Inert and odourless, nitrogen protects it from oxidation, while removing all damp.
Eat fully after opening.
