Designed for endurance workouts, this gel does its job very well during your long trails, triathlons or marathons.
Maltodextrin, which has a mild sweetness, provides you with energy.
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY HYDROGEL?
To replenish your energy losses during exercise, we recommend consuming 1 energy gel, every 45 to 60 minutes.Unlike traditional gels, there is no need to drink water to absorb the gel. Very convenient if you don't have water readily available!
WHAT SHOULD I TAKE IN ADDITION TO MY GEL?
60 g to 90 g of carbohydrates (=sugar) per hour of sport: this is what nutritionists recommend for workouts lasting more than 3 hours. This 62 g gel contains 23 g of carbohydrates, including 8.3 g of simple sugars. We therefore recommend consuming 500 ml of isotonic drink per hour in addition to the gel. No drink-carrying solution? You can consume this gel on its own, at a rate of 2 to 3 gels per hour.
