IS THE GLUTEN-FREE DATE PASTE FOR ME?
Given that it is easy to open and easier to chew thanks to the rapeseed and sunflower seed, this is the ideal replenishment bar for activities exceeding 3h. What's more, given that dates are a naturally occurring fruit that is high in carbs and easy to digest, it is perfectly suited to a sports diet.
AND VITAMINS IN ALL THIS ...
To give our date bar antioxidant properties (in order to protect your cells against oxidative stress), we initially wanted to add some vitamin C. However, vitamin C being considered an additive, we had to find an alternative that was just as effective.
This is where acerola comes into play: given its high vitamin C content, it is the ideal product for fulfilling our requirements!
THE IMPORTANCE OF CHEWING
Did you know that chewing activates your digestive enzymes, and your digestion as a result, which is very important given that digestion is sometimes disrupted during physical activities?
And that's not all! Because we are aware that it's not always easy to chew in the middle of a physical activity, we added some rapeseed and sunflower seeds to the date paste, making it easier to chew... Anything else? Their delicious taste and crunchiness goes so well with the dates!
