These breathable, mitten-shaped, weight training gloves, are available in sizes 2XS to L:
- XS: 18.6 - 19.3 cm / 17 - 17.6 cm
- S: 19.3 - 20.1 cm / 17.6 - 18.2 cm
- M: 20.1 - 20.9 cm / 18.2 - 18.8 cm
- L: 20.9 - 21.7 cm / 18.8 - 19.5 cm

These versatile weight training gloves can be used for strict movements such as the biceps curl, triceps, goblet squat and strict pull-ups, as well as dynamic movements like kipping pull-ups and toes-to-bar!
How to choose your weight training gloves
To choose your breathable weight training gloves, you need to:
- measure the perimeter of the palm of your hand
- then refer to our size guide, which will help you choose between the different sizes available (from 2XS to L).
If you can't decide between 2 sizes, we advise choosing the larger size.
Pay as much attention to your knees as your hands!
Successful training means injury-free training! So, use knee braces (ref.: 8548500) that keep your joints warm to reduce the risk of injury.
How to care for your women's weight training gloves
Depending on how often you train, wash it either in the washing machine or by hand on a regular basis (once every 3 weeks if you train twice a week).
