Sizes available for the Grip Pad: - S/M (palm size between: 19.9 - 21.1 cm)

Choosing your size Measure around your palm: the tape measure should go over the knuckles on the back of your hand with your hand flat, not bent, with the fingers slightly apart.

What exercises are grip pads for?
These Grip Pads are primarily used during weight training to prevent tension against the bar and reduce the appearance of blisters. Here are a few exercises where you'll need grip pads:
- Strict pull-ups
- Bicep curls
- Back pulls
Limit dynamic movements
Note that you should not use Grip Pads for dynamic movements such as kipping pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and dynamic muscle-ups.
Caring for your Grip Pads
To care for your grip pads, nothing is easier: machine wash regularly. The frequency will depend on the number of uses per week (for instance, once every 3 weeks for use 2 to 3 times a week).

ProcessDope Dyed
Colour made by dyeing polyester chips, using less water than traditional methods
Dyeing textiles requires lots of water, whilst also generating water waste from the dyeing vats. To reduce the environmental impact this has, we have chosen solution dyeing, which integrates colour pigments when manufacturing the thread. This uses less water and therefore also leads to less water wastage.
