How to properly use the medium handgrip
Place the ring in the palm of your hand and squeeze. The medium resistance is difficult enough that you will have trouble folding the ring in two.
Increase the lifespan of your handgrip by rotating it in your hand between sets. This prevents the same parts of the ring from being used over and over again.
