What is prenatal yoga?
Prenatal yoga focuses on physical poses and breathing techniques that help pregnant women before, during and after giving birth. Teachers provide pregnant yogis with various props to help them comfortably practise and improve their strength and flexibility to better prepare them for giving birth.
The benefits of prenatal yoga:
There are several! Increases muscle strength, endurance and flexibility for giving birth. Improves sleep. Relieves lower back pain. Reduces stress and anxiety. Improves concentration. In short, practising yoga when pregnant is a great idea!

IRONING AT A MAXIMUM SOLEPLATE TEMPERATURE OF 110°C. STEAM TREATMENT MAY CAUSE IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE.

Test product
This cotton product has undergone washing and drying tests to verify that it keeps its shape and colour. These tests are regularly performed by an independent laboratory and allow us to ensure that our quality standards are always upheld.

Analysing the product's environmental footprint enabled us to identify the most impactful stages of its life cycle. Thanks to this approach, our design teams were able to develop this product while significantly reducing its environmental impact.

MaterialRecycled Cotton
Main fabric is made with 25% of recycled cotton from production waste
To limit the environmental impact of this product, while preserving its quality, we used recycled cotton. Cotton is a natural material that requires a lot of water and pesticides in conventional cultivation (which leads to a degradation of biodiversity and pollution of soils and water tables). By choosing recycled cotton, we reduce the use of virgin cotton in favor of fabrics destined to be thrown away.

MaterialOrganically grown cotton
Product made of 60% Organically-grown cotton, without GMOs, chemical fertilisers or pesticides
Conventional cotton farming uses a lot of water, fertilisers and pesticides. This leads to degradation of biodiversity and pollution of soil and groundwater. Organic cultivation is done without using chemical fertiliser, pesticides and GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms), which reduces soil and ground water pollution.
