Fit and sizing information
The fit is suitable for hikers between:
- 1.57 m and 1.73 m in height for size S/M
- 1.74 m and 1.90 m in height for size L/XL
The hood is tightened with a drawstring and a rip-tab at the back.

Care
Use a waterproof spray or wash-in product to restore the water repellent property of the fabric and optimise the performance of your garment throughout its lifetime.
Waterproofing of the garment
this garment has been validated in a shower test under 12 cm rain for 2 hours. This test reproduces the average conditions of a rain shower in the mountains.
Component breathability
Our range of rain ponchos and capes does not have breathable waterproof membranes. We therefore recommend this product when you walk at a gentle relaxed pace rather than a fast hike, in order to reduce sweating!
Component water resistance
A fabric is water repellent when it allows water slide over its surface without seeping in.
This prevents the fabric from soaking up water and keeps it lightweight, warm and breathable.
The water repellent property is achieved by treating the fabric's exterior.
This treatment needs to be renewed throughout the lifetime of the garment (every 3 washes).
All the ponchos and capes have a water-repellent treatment.

ProcessDope Dyed
Colour made by dyeing polyester chips, using less water than traditional methods
Dyeing textiles requires lots of water, whilst also generating water waste from the dyeing vats. To reduce the environmental impact this has, we have chosen solution dyeing, which integrates colour pigments when manufacturing the thread. This uses less water and therefore also leads to less water wastage.
