Product details
BCAA 2:1:1 is formulated with vitamins B6, B9 and C, L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio, and L-glutamine.
Vitamin B6 aids the normal breakdown of protein and glycogen. Vitamin B9 supports the normal synthesis of amino acids. Vitamins B6, B9 and C help reduce fatigue.
Preparation advice
1 serving per day dissolved in 250-500 ml of water, an hour before or during training.
