Separate tightening system - 3 zones
The 3 zone tightening on these boots is designed for demanding snowboarders:
1. Atop wheel tightening (wheel + laces + lace guide) to adjust ankle support as desired
2. Tightening of the bottom of the shoe with laces blocked by a specially designed plastic piece
3. Tightening laces at the top of the boot for personalised tightening.
habu® Fit System (produced by Boa® technology)
The habu® fItsystem combines three important technical elements to transform the snowboard experience:
1) the innovative innovative wheel ensures micro-adjustment and precision,
2) the habu® cable is light, but very durable with 75 stainless steel strands.
3) Low friction habu® lacing guides ensure uniform pressure distribution whilst reducing wear and guaranteeing a long lifespan
How to repair the habu®FitSystem
Supplied by BOA Technology, the wheels and the laces of the adjustment system have undergone thousands of hours of rigorous tests in the lab and in the field, and are guaranteed to prolong the life of the boot on which they are built into.

Boot flex/stiffness
Medium flex (5/10) to provide optimal comfort for freestyle, whether it be to tweak your grabs or on boxes or rails. A stiffer boot would be more demanding and less comfortable in the snow park.
Adding Flex Up
The Flex Up (8600870) enables you to make your boot more rigid on 2 out of 10 flexion points (with Flex Up, this new boot has a rigidity of around 5/10).
This is an accessory which is inserted into the tongue of Decathlon snowboard boots produced from the 2022/23 season onwards. A pocket has been included in the design so that it's properly positioned in terms of height and laterality.
Heel support: level 3 liner (/3)
Foot support is essential when snowboarding to steer your board (such as foot in the boot or liner in the boot). The level 3 liner has 6 benefits:
1. Thermoformable liner from home
2. Ergonomic ankle foam
3. Liner fastening thanks to the fabric built into the shoe
4. Tightening wheel to hold the foot in place at the bottom of the boot
5. Velcro on top of the liner
6. 3D insole
1. Thermoforming the liner by yourself / WARNING
THERMOFORMING IS ONLY POSSIBLE IN BUILT-IN OVENS MEASURING 56 x 60 x 56 cm WITH A FAN MODE. DO NOT TRY ON A GAS OVEN OR A SMALL TABLE TOP OVEN WITH VISIBLE HEATING ELEMENTS.
1. Thermoforming the liner independently / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Heat your oven to 80°C in convection mode
2. Remove the inner soles from the liners, place the liners on the oven plate covered with a piece of baking paper
3. Wait 15 mins
4. Put the socks back on, put them on with a pair of ski-snowboard socks and tighten them (not too much)
5. Put the boots on and tighten fully to 5. Wait for 15 minutes when static.
This operation can be repeated if necessary.
2. Ergonomic Heel Pad ankle foam
The ankle bone padding fills the hollow under and behind the ankle to hold the heel firmly in place. The level 3/3 liner contains a foam made in an exclusive Dreamscape material and shape :
- the shape is based on an average of 40 foot scans. It’s perfect for holding the foot in place and adapts to everyone
- the material: a soft but firm elastomer foam.
You can feel the support as soon as you slip your feet inside. And when you ride, there are no hard points
3. The liner tightens with a 3 point textile inner lacing
The liner in the Endzone boots is surrounded by textile inner lacing with 3 point tightening. This concept spreads the tightening force evenly around the foot, for good foot stability in the boots.
4.Heel cushioning
We have fitted a layer of PU foam under the insole (liner insole) to increase comfort under the heel when landing jumps.
5. Velcro strip on top of liner
The top of the liner has velcro strips, enabling you to hold the tongue of the liner in place with the sides, no matter how your foot is moving. This way, your foot is kept supported throughout the day.
6. 3D insole
The insole of this boot is 3 dimensional. This sole is pre-shaped at the heel and arch of the foot to help prevent the foot from moving inside the liner. It offers comfort and thermal insulation. If you feel you need to maintain your foot more securely in the liner, there is another alternative: get a sole that can be thermoformed to suit your foot. This is the most effective solution.
Sole: grip, traction, cushioning and thermal insulation
Our Ultralight sole is 100% EVA foam. EVA is a very light material with 80% air. This formulation is designed to resist abrasion while keeping its damping properties. It is naturally very insulating and protects against the cold rising from the ground. We designed in large studs to offer you very good grip. Sufficiently far apart from each other, they help get rid of the snow.
How can I be sure it's the right size?
1. Put the boot on
2. Tighten the boot
3. Stand upright
4. Your big toes should just touch the tip of the boot without causing unpleasant pressure
5. Bend your legs forward, your big toes move backwards and no longer touch the end of the boot.
