How do you choose a Swiss Ball during pregnancy?
You're expecting a little bundle of joy, but which Swiss ball should you choose?
You will need different ball sizes as your pregnancy progresses and you gain weight
As a safety precaution, and so that you don't have to buy multiple balls, we recommend choosing a ball that is one size bigger than you would normally need
It is essential that you follow the safety instructions to the letter so that you stay safe.
How to safely inflate your Swiss ball
We recommend using a pump, which is sold separately
Before inflating your ball, leave it at room temperature (20°C) for 24 hours
Inflate the ball slowly so it does not get damaged
Inflate the ball to 2/3 of its max size, at a temperature of between 20°C and 25°C max, then wait 2-3 hours
Finish inflating it to the desired size but do not go over the maximum size
Leave the ball for 24 hours before using it and check the size and adjust it if necessary
Why choose a Stable Swiss Ball?
We have made this Swiss Ball more accessible than a classic ball. It has a weighted base to prevent it from rolling away between exercises so you can maintain full concentration during your workout. It is also easier to store - pretty practical, don't you think?
