Why choose a specific T-shirt for running?
Perspiration is a natural reaction that occurs when it is hot and when you are making a physical effort.
Do not wear cotton T-shirts because, rather than transferring moisture outwards and drying quickly, cotton absorbs body moisture and rapidly cools down the skin. Choosing the right T-shirt will make you more comfortable during your workout, regardless of the duration.

A drop of water is placed on a fabric sample and we measure: 1/ The speed of absorption to the inside of the fabric 2/ The speed at which the water is transferred to the outside 3/ The speed of diffusion reflects the speed of drying
