How do you activate it and where are the hand warmers placed?
To use the warmers, carefully read the instructions supplied with the product.
Remove the warmer from the packaging, in an ambient temperature of around 20°C (house, car). Activates on contact with the air. At 0°C or 2,000 m altitude, blow several times on the warmer to activate.
When the warmer is well-heated, after 10 to 15 minutes, place it in a confined space, a coat or trouser pocket. Slip your hands into the pockets to warm up.

Do not place two warmers on the same foot.
What are the warmers used for?
These warmers are exclusively for use in cold weather, do not use near a heat source: heating in cars, by the fireplace, etc. They are not designed for intensive sports activities and are to be avoided where there is perspiration.
If the warmer seems too hot or if it causes an unpleasant sensation, irritation or a rash, remove it.
Contra-indications and use under adult supervision
These warmers are not recommended for children under 12 or those with a shoe size under 4.5. Children, the elderly and disabled people should use this product with care and under supervision.
If you have diabetes, fragile or sensitive skin, circulatory problems, paralysis or damaged nerves, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or are a pregnant woman or in the case of doubt, we recommend that you consult a doctor before use.
Do not apply to frostbite or desensitised skin.
