Important information
In order to work out comfortably, you should choose cropped bottoms one size smaller than your usual size. The leggings should be a good fit. In fact, the patches have to press against the skin in order not to slip and to be effective. The top of the triangle patch is positioned under the buttock and its tip should therefore not go down the back of the knee.

Tips for wearing
Slipping on your Shape Booster leggings may be more difficult than traditional bottoms. To make them even more effective, they should be very slim fitting. Once you've put them on, you should make sure the patches are correctly positioned on your buttocks and thighs for optimal comfort while working out.
