For swimming in the sea or a lake, we recommend:

- using anti-UV fabrics as a priority and applying suncream only on unprotected areas.

- applying suncream 20 minutes before swimming for effective penetration

Application

Apply cream 20 minutes before exposure to the sun.

Apply every two hours.
