Orders

Can I modify my order (change/add product)?

No. As the orders are registered directly in our warehouses abroad, it is not possible to modify the order. In the case of a change, the order can be canceled and the amount credited to a gift card for a new order or a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

While the order is "in process" you can request its cancellation by emailing [email protected] Once it enters the "shipping" stage, there is no possibility of cancellation. If you change your mind, you can return the products after you have received your order.

Can I issue an invoice?

Yes, after logging into your account you will press the face icon "My Account" on the top right, next to "Stores". Then you will select "Purchase History" and after "My sport profile", there you have the choice of Account type (Individual-Company). If you select the company it will open the fields for VAT number and company name. You will then have to select save and once you have completed the payment you will be automatically issued an invoice.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, send us the new delivery address to [email protected] and we will contact the carrier to make the change.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is sent you will receive an email with the tracking number.

The tracking number is not valid for orders with pick up from the store (Click & Collect).

I did not receive all the products I purchased. What do I do?

Please contact us at [email protected] mentioning the product missing from the order.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes, ordering "as a guest" is not available.

Can I order by phone or email?

No, orders are placed online at www.decathlon.com.gr

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is:

Pick up from store (for products already available in the store): 1 hour from the creation of the order

Pickup from store (for products sent from warehouse): 4 - 6 business days

Home delivery (for products sent from nearest warehouse): 6 - 9 working days

Home delivery (for products sent from Egaleo store): within Attica 1 - 3 working days, for mainland destinations 2 - 4 working days, for island destinations 4 - 6 working days

In case of shortage: 14 - 17 working days from central warehouse

Overweight items: Upon consultation depending on product and availability

During holidays, public holidays and adverse weather conditions there may be delays in delivery.

What are the shipping methods?

Products are shipped only within Greece in the following ways:

  • Pickup from our stores (Click & Collect)
  • Home delivery by Geniki Taxydromiki
  • Overweight/bulky items can be carried out in consultation with Seagull shipping company

How much is the shipping cost?

Pickup from store: Free

Home delivery: Ship from Warehouse 0-3 kg: 4.50€, 4-10 kg: 8.50€, 11-20 kg: 20.50€, 21-30 kg: 30€

Ship from Store 0-3 kg: 6.50€, 4-10 kg: 10.50€, 11-20 kg: 25€, 21-30 kg: 35€

For bulky products that weigh more than 30kg or are more than 2 meters long (eg gym equipment, ping pong table) the price and delivery time are calculated by cubic volume and area.

Do you ship outside of Greece?

No, the products are shipped only within the physical borders of Greece.

Where are orders shipped from?

Online orders come from our warehouses in Europe and for products already available in the store & after you have chosen the corresponding option at the checkout they are shipped from our Egaleo store.

Is fast delivery possible?

Yes, for products already available in the Egaleo store & after you have chosen the corresponding option at the checkout it is possible.

Why is there a message that one of the products is not available for home delivery?

If any product or the entire basket exceeds 30 kg or 2 meters, then it is considered overweight/bulky and is only available for collection from the store (Click & Collect). In this case, it can be sent after consultation with our partner transport company Seagull.

Bicycles are excluded from shipping. For safety reasons, they are only available by collection from the store (Click & Collect) after being arranged by the cycling technical department.

Payments

Can I pay cash on delivery or in store on collection?

No, payment is made securely online on the website at checkout via card or Paypal.

Can I pay in instalments?

No, online orders cannot be paid in installments.

I have a gift card from the store, can I use it online?

Of course you can also use your giftcard online as well as at one of our stores.

Are there an additional taxes or charges on my order?

The product prices stated on the website include Value-Added Tax (VAT) and there are no additional customs fees upon delivery as all our online orders are shipped from within the EU.

Your total purchase price will include any shipping fees due at the time of purchase.

Do you offer tax free?

We do not offer tax free orders, nor do we provide tax free forms pre or post purchase.

Returns

Can I return one or all products?

Yes, returns are made within 90 days either in store or at the address below at shipper's expense.

Write your details, order number and if you want a credit (gift card for a new order) or a refund. As soon as we receive it, we will take the corresponding action.

I bought something in the store, can I return it by post?

No, if you've made a purchase in our store and wish to return an item it must be returned to the store as unfortunately we cannot accept postal returns for in store purchases.

Returns are made within 30 days with the receipt (or 90 days if you used your loyalty card).

The product is defective, what do I do?

If the product shows a defect or flaws during the first use, please contact us at [email protected] by sending photos/videos of the flaw.

How long until I receive a refund for my online return?

Refund is usually available within 10 days on your bank account.

If you are having issue submitting your payment via card please follow one of the next steps:

  • Pay via Paypal, or
  • Try through a different mobile or computer device, or
  • Try through incognito/private window, or
  • Delete your cache memory and cookies before trying again.

I get an error message that the length of Address 2 field is not valid.

If your address 2 field exceeds the limit of 35 characters you will get an error message.

First you have to edit your address through your Account settings and then follow one of the next steps to wipe the old address from the memory before trying again:

  • Order through a different mobile or computer device, or
  • Order through incognito/private window, or
  • Delete your cache memory and cookies.

The product is not available online but is in stock in the store. Can I order it?

No, store inventory is independent and only applies to purchases from the physical store.

Products that do not appear on the website or are not available to order, are out of stock and cannot be purchased.

The product is available in another country. Can I order it?

No, each country operates independently with its own inventory and availability. Product transfers between countries are not possible.
