Bike Delivery & Assemble Information

For bike orders with home delivery to your location, our bikes are delivered partially assembled and in a box. You need to assemble the pedals, adjust the tire pressure, set the handlebars and saddle height to the optimal height for you, and attach the front wheel using the quick release provided.

For bike orders with Click & Collect, the bikes are delivered fully assembled from our bike department out of the box.

Pedals: Caution has to be taken as to which pedal has to be screwed on which side. Letters R (Right) and L (Left) are engraved on the pedals for an easier assembly with the L pedal being inserted and rotated anti-clockwise.

Handle bar: The handlebar will be set up on the side, you will only have to insert and tighten it.

Note: In order to assemble your bike you will need an Allen No.4, No.5 and No.6 which are not included.

Regarding bikes for home delivery, where the bikes are delivered partially assembled, the company holds no responsibility concerning the safety or final result of the assembly process.
