Return your parcel easily and quickly with BOX NOW! If you received your order via BOX NOW or another method and your package meets the size and weight requirements for BOX NOW lockers*, you can return your order for free via BOX NOW. *BOX NOW lockers have three different locker sizes: Small (H: 8 cm, D: 45 cm, L: 60 cm), Medium (H: 17 cm, D: 45 cm, L: 60 cm), Large (H: 36 cm, D: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) while the maximum package weight is 20kg.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
You have the right to return all or part of your order within 90 days from the date of purchase (excluding food, beverages and safety products such as helmets, carabiners, lanyards, climbing ropes and navigational aids). After we receive your parcel we will proceed with refund. The process of refund is completed within 14 working days, depending on how the payment was made. Once the refund is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
RETURN PARCEL PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Place the products in their original packaging or in an alternative package that the products will be protected. Before packing the products, make sure they are in perfect condition and undamaged. Please ensure that the products you wish to return are in their original packaging. This includes the box, tags and any other accessories that come with the product.
Step 2: Place the products in the courier bag or box. Make sure the courier bag or box is closed and safe for transport.
Step 3: On the BOX NOW returns page, you select the parcel size, fill in your details and place your package in whichever BOX NOW locket suits you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Return shipping costs with BOX NOW are free whether you have received your order with BOX NOW or with another courier company. The final amount of the refund will be deposited directly to the card you used during your purchase, depending on how you paid for your original order (card or paypal). Refunds are made for the value of the products only (not including original shipping costs). The products must be in perfect condition, complete and undamaged, as you received them and no special markings or tags have been removed. Return will be accepted only after company approval. The company has no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them. In case that a defect is found during quality control on the returned product, the company must return the package back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
