How do I receive a parcel via locker?

If you choose BOX NOW as the delivery method, then when your package arrives at the locker, you will receive a message on your mobile phone from BOX with the 6-digit code that opens your package's locker. By typing this code in the locker, the door of the locker opens and you collect your package!

What kind of parcels can I receive from a locker (size, weight)?

BOX NOW lockers have three different locker sizes: Small (H: 8 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm), Medium (H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm), Large (H: 36 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) and maximum weight allowed is 20kg.

What is the shipping cost with BOX NOW?

For items shipped from our warehouses abroad, the cost for delivery with BOX NOW is €3.50, while for items shipped from stores the cost is €4.50 regardless the size of the locker.

What days do deliveries take place?

Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

What are the delivery times?

For the items sent from our warehouses abroad for Attica it is 5-7 working days from the day of the order, 6-8 working days for Mainland Greece and 7-10 working days for Island Greece. For the items sent from the stores for Attica it is 2 working days from the day of the order, 2-4 working days for Mainland Greece and 4-6 working days for Insular Greece.

How do I find the BOX NOW Locker I selected on the map for pickup?

Click on the link you received via SMS and email for your delivery details. From there you will directly find the location of your chosen BOX NOW Locker.

For how many days will my package stay in the BOX NOW Locker?

Your parcel is available for pick up 48 hours from the moment it is delivered to the locker. You can extend this time for another 24 hours from the Track your parcel! page. If the package is not received within 3 days, it returns to the BOX NOW sorting center. You will receive messages on your mobile from BOX NOW to receive your package 1 and 2 days before this period ends!
