The effort is practically imperceptible because it is accompanied by a pleasant setting and pure enjoyment.

You will need appropriate equipment, this is a SUP board and a SUP paddle, which you will find at Decathlon. SUP (Stand up paddle) also teaches balance, because we have to get on a SUP board that is in the water and then take a standing position. We don't tighten our legs and leave our knees active so they act as shock absorbers. Once we feel confident and have our balance, we can start paddling. In order not to struggle, it is important to look ahead at one point. Choose the SUP board according to your technique and experience, as well as individual preferences and your purpose.
