How does my product warranty work?
This product is guaranteed for 5 years from the date shown on the sales receipt. A product covered by the warranty will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. The warranty covers product defects, excluding those resulting from normal wear and tear and improper use. This special 5-year warranty is only valid on presentation of the product and receipt.

How can I be certain that my jacket will protect me from bad weather?
To enable you to withstand bad weather (rain, snow, wind, etc), the jacket has been developed with a component and assembly that keep the water out and reduce wind-chill. We went snowboarding for several days, in all weather conditions, to check the water repellency and warmth of the product.
What is the point of the water-repellent feature of my jacket?
The water repellency of a fabric is its ability to allow water to slide off its surface without absorbing it thanks to a treatment on the outer side of the fabric. The fabric does not soak up water and therefore remains lightweight and warm. This treatment must be renewed during the life of the product, after 2 to 3 washes on average, using the products available in our stores.
How does my jacket keep me warm?
To keep you warm, we use padding insulation. Padding is a synthetic component made from polyester, which stores more or less air, depending on the length of the fibers. There are standard, technical and silicon coated paddings that have distinct properties (warmth, lightweight, elasticity...). We use 100% recycled padding to reduce the environmental impact of the product.
How do I look after my product?
To optimize the performance and durability of your product, we recommend: Machine wash separately at 86°F. Synthetics cycle. Turn the product inside out. Use a small amount of detergent. No softener. Wring out by hand. Dry on a hanger in a warm, well-ventilated place. Do not dry-clean. Do not place on a radiator. The outer fabric can be re-waterproofed using a fabric waterproofing spray. Read the labels carefully.
