COMPONENT REPELLENCY
All Wedze gloves and mittens have a water-repellent treatment that prevents the fabric from absorbing water, but instead ensures it slides across the surface. This means the fabric does not become saturated with water. It remains light and warm. A fabric becomes water-repellent thanks to a treatment applied to its outer surface.
WATERPROOF MEMBRANE
This ski mitten has a water-resistant membrane that consists of a very thin polymer film, placed between the lining and the part of the glove in contact with the outside.This membrane acts as a barrier to water and makes the product waterproof. In addition, the external materials on the product have undergone a water-repellent treatment that reduces water absorption.Only a rubber-type glove is waterproof. In extremely wet conditions, even a glove with a membrane will have limited watertightness.
WINDPROOFING
All Wedze gloves and mittens are windproof. Did you know that wind makes you feel colder? With an outside temperature of 32°F and a wind speed of 12.5 mph, the temperature feels like 14°F. Windproof components can reduce the cooling effects related to the wind or the relative speed of sports activity.
EASY ON
Simply pull the wrist-strap with the opposite hand for speedy and effective adjustment.
ANTI-LOSS SYSTEM
An elasticated drawstring that you position around the wrist allows you to remove your gloves on ski lifts without the risk of losing them.
A WATERTIGHT MITTEN
With its wide cuff, the mitten sits naturally over your ski jacket, providing an effective barrier against incoming air and snow.
