WHY NOT JUST ADD A ZIPPER?

The weak link in overshoes, whether it comes to waterproofness or durability, is usually the zipper. The zipper is usually the most fragile part and the one that will fail first due to the amount of pressure at the heel. This is especially so when the neoprene is thick, which is the case here with it being 5 mm.

HOW TO PUT IT ON

Here's how to put it on without a zipper. STEP 1: pull the overshoe on and up over the calf; STEP 2: put your shoe on. STEP 3: pull the overshoe back down over the shoe.

WHICH SIZE?

This product is designed to be used with road cycling shoes, which tend to be narrow. If your shoes are wider than average, then buy 1 size larger.

WATER SEEPING IN

If your cycling tights don't have a water-repellent coating they are very likely to get soaked when riding in the rain. Even the best overshoes in the world won't fix that. Your tights will be touching your socks and so the water will seep down into them.
